03 - Use a milk frother, hand whisk, or handheld mixer to whip the mixture for 30 to 60 seconds until it thickens and becomes foamy.
04 - Spoon or gently pour the prepared pumpkin spice cold foam over the iced coffee in each glass.
05 - Optionally dust the foam with additional pumpkin pie spice, serve immediately with a straw, and enjoy.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The pumpkin cold foam tastes so smooth and cozy, you’ll be tempted to eat it with a spoon before it hits your coffee.
  • It turns everyday iced coffee into something worthy of a coffee shop splurge, minus the price tag or the need to leave your kitchen.
02 -
  • If your cream isn’t cold enough, the foam won’t thicken properly—I found out after a floppy first batch.
  • Adding just a little extra pumpkin purée makes it richer, but too much and it turns gritty, so measure carefully.
03 -
  • Use chilled tools—throw your mixing bowl in the fridge ahead for even better foam.
  • Sneak in a pinch of sea salt for depth surprising in something sweet.
