# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The combination of smoky barbecue beef and two cheeses creates layers of flavor that make store-bought nachos taste boring
  • Everything comes together in under 45 minutes, leaving you more time to actually hang out with your people instead of being stuck in the kitchen
02 -
  • Spread the chips in a single layer without overlapping too much, or you will end up with soggy patches where nobody wants to grab
  • Add the fresh toppings immediately after removing from the oven, the contrast between hot cheesy beef and cool sour cream is the whole point
03 -
  • Line your baking sheet with foil for the easiest cleanup ever, all that cheese will thank you
  • Warm your barbecue sauce slightly in the microwave before adding it to the beef, it incorporates so much faster and prevents any cold spots
